The Stop Mental Illness Foundation is committed to raising awareness and fostering understanding around pressing mental health issues affecting our society. In light of the rising kidnapping incidents across Nigeria and their profound impact on mental well-being, we are pleased to announce an upcoming two-day event titled “Addressing the Kidnapping Menace in Nigeria and Its Impact on Mental Health.” This event aims to shed light on the psychological toll of kidnapping on individuals, families, and communities, while providing practical strategies and resources for coping and resilience.
