Anxiety usually occurred at some point in our lives.
Anxiety is a normal reaction to stress, heartbreaking, shifting of employment,
financial difficulties, marriage concern attention ; can be beneficial in some
situations. It can alert us to dangers and help us prepare and pay attention.
It turns Anxiety disorders from the moment those normal life events begins to
generate signs of an anxiety disorder and usually interfere with the sufferers’
life.
Anxiety disorders differ from normal feelings of nervousness or anxiousness and involve excessive fear or anxiety. Anxiety disorders are the most common of mental disorders and affect millions of Nigerians.
