Dr. Ruth Goma is a Developmental Psychologist, Family Therapist, certified by the Nigerian Association of Psychology, and a Life Coach, accredited by the Life Coaches Association of Nigeria (LCAN). She has over 10 years experience as a Psychotherapist, Counsellor and Coach using Psychological tools to assess and offer practical solutions to support individuals in Corporate and Family settings.

Ruth practices Positive Psychology with a strong focus on Mindfulness and Meditations. She carries out extensive researches in child and youth behaviours and cognitive processes focused on offering solutions that foster learning and development. She facilitates, coaches and mentors in large number of youth camps and symposia.

She is an active member of the Nigeria Association of Psychology, Association of Lifespan Behavioural Development Practitioners, International Association of Applied Psychology, International Association of Cross-Cultural Psychology.

Dr. Ruth Goma will be speaking at Stop Mental Illness Foundation (SMIF) 3-day virtual Mental Wellness Conference hosted by Stop Mental lllness Foundation.

Mrs. Odudimu is also a published author, mentor, and a loving mother and wife. Her tireless efforts have earned her numerous accolades and honors, making her a true role model and a beacon of hope for those affected by mental illness.
